Luxury Lounge Villa "The Beachhouse" is located in one of the most beautiful and best areas of Moraira: just a 700-meter walk to the center and 900 meters to Moraira’s most stunning beach, El Portet. The villa is very private and quiet, situated in the popular villa district Pla del Mar. It has a gated entrance and shaded on-site parking for 2 cars.
The completely newly renovated and tastefully decorated villa is south-facing and enjoys sun all day long. The villa is set on one level (a few steps at the front door) and features 4 spacious, very charming bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large living room with a gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen-diner. The kitchen has large sliding doors that can be fully opened, creating direct contact with the garden, terrace, and pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).
The large covered terrace (naya), as well as the cabana with a big dining table, are located right next to the spacious, heated pool (9x4). Around the pool you will find plenty of lounge areas in both sun and shade. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen is ready for a delicious BBQ. For cooler days or evenings, you can enjoy the jacuzzi, romantically set beneath a 150-year-old olive tree. Various fruit trees and tropical plants create a wonderful holiday atmosphere.
The villa is very comfortable and offers, among other things, luxury new beds of generous size, such as in the “Ibiza room” with a lovely Pullman box spring (2.10 x 1.80 m). Each bedroom provides a variety of pillows, ensuring a suitable and comfortable choice for everyone. The villa also has a very complete and high-quality kitchen inventory.

Pool heating
If guests wish to have the pool heated, the heat pump can be switched on. The pool can be covered with a cover. Depending on the season, only a maximum water temperature may be reached, however with the cover on this is usually not a problem. The additional electricity costs will be approximately €150–200 per week (electricity costs are always deducted from the deposit).
