Luxury Beach Villa Moraira EL PORTET is located in one of the most beautiful and best areas of Moraira: just a 750-meter walk to Moraira’s most stunning beach El Portet and 1,400 meters to the center. The villa is very private, situated in the popular villa district El Portet, with views over the valley.

The recently fully renovated and tastefully decorated high-quality villa (with underfloor heating, jacuzzi, and heated pool for the winter) is south-facing and enjoys sun all day long. The villa features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open luxury kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and large sliding doors that give direct access to the partly covered terrace (naya) and the garden with swimming pool. In and around the pool, there are plenty of lounge and shaded areas.

On the ground floor, the villa offers 2 spacious and very charming bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes and a modern bathroom. The first floor has a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a spacious terrace with stunning views of the surroundings. On this floor, you will also find the 4th well-sized bedroom and the 3rd modern bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). Next to the house, there is another inviting covered terrace (naya) with a large lounge sofa, a covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, and a jacuzzi. The tropical planting (including a beautiful old olive tree) around the house creates a wonderful holiday atmosphere.

The villa is very comfortable and luxuriously furnished, including Sonos speakers and automatic sunshades (upstairs). It features luxury new beds of generous size, such as a lovely Pullman box spring (2.00 x 1.80m) in the master. Each bedroom offers a variety of pillows, ensuring everyone has a suitable and comfortable option. The villa also has a very complete and high-quality kitchen inventory, a large storage room with washing machine and dryer, an outdoor toilet, and spacious private parking on site. Thanks to the underfloor heating, this house is perfect for year-round living!
